Keeping your toolbars and tool palettes from automatically docking:
Have you ever wanted to move your tool palettes or toolbars to the edge of the screen but didn't want them to dock (as they certainly delight in doing)? Simply hold down the Control key and you can move your palettes and toolbars anywhere without docking! Try it (this definitely comes in handy).
And I received a great holiday pet picture from one of my blog readers...(thank you Dave)...his dog is in a similar situation with mine so I'm sending happy hopeful thoughts her way...
