I can't believe it's been a week since I've blogged...bad, bad Lynn. Autodesk University was it's usual overwhelming self as I found myself running from one obligation to the next. The energy was fabulous, much was learned by the attendees, and overall it was an outstounding event. With nearly 5700 attendees it was definitely the largest AU ever! It's always a big let-down when everyone leaves and the event is over...at least for me...
A great big thank you to everyone who kindly presented me with gifts - that was so not necessary and unexpected. I received everything from a Colts bracelet, a fan from Japan, a hat from Holland to an All Blacks Santa Claus from New Zealand. I was overwhelmed. It was also exciting to meet so many of you face to face.
I was so busy I didn't get a chance to take any pictures but one very nice attendee, Ben Hwang, sent me this picture taken at one of the industry parties. I look a little haggard - don't I?
If you'd like to see many, many pictures from AU - be sure to visit Shaan's blog at AU2005 Photo Gallery.
I'm delighted to be home today watching football (yes...the Colts won again!). Tomorrow I'll start those tips back up again. Thanks for all of your patience...
